织忆(MemAgent,以下简称"本应用")由个人开发者王浩(以下简称"我")开发并运营。我尊重并依法保护所有用户的隐私。本政策说明我收集、使用、存储和保护你个人信息的方式。
1. 我们收集的信息
本应用仅收集为提供服务所必需的信息:
- 账号信息:当你使用邮箱注册时,我会收集邮箱地址、用户名、昵称和经过 bcrypt 加密的密码哈希。当你使用 Apple 登录或微信登录时,我会收集对应的用户标识(Apple User ID / 微信 OpenID / 微信 UnionID)。
- 用户内容:你在应用中产生的内容,包括学习计划、学习任务、对话记录、知识要点、Feynman 测试答案、复习记录、闪卡、笔记和高亮。
- 使用数据:调用 AI 接口的 token 使用量(模型名、prompt/completion token 数、调用类型),用于成本核算和限额管理。
2. 第三方服务
本应用依赖以下第三方服务,相关数据传输受其隐私政策约束:
- DeepSeek(深度求索):用于 AI 推理,接收你输入的对话内容以生成回复。DeepSeek 是合规的中国境内大模型服务商。
- Apple Sign-In:用于便捷登录,获取 Apple User ID 和(首次)邮箱。受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
- 微信开放平台:用于中国大陆用户的便捷登录,获取微信 OpenID。受微信隐私政策约束。
- Apple StoreKit:用于应用内购买(IAP)的支付与收据验证。交易由 Apple 处理。
- Resend:用于发送密码重置邮件(只发送 6 位数验证码,不包含其他内容)。
3. 信息用途
收集的信息用于:
- 提供 AI 学习助手的核心功能(生成学习计划、讲解、复习题等);
- 账号认证与登录;
- 应用内购买的履约与对账;
- 客服与用户反馈处理;
- 整体服务稳定性与成本核算。
4. 信息存储与跨境
用户数据存储于位于中华人民共和国境内的云服务器上。本应用不会将你的个人信息传输到境外。AI 推理通过 DeepSeek 在境内完成,支付数据由 Apple 处理。
5. 信息保留
用户内容会一直保留,直到你主动删除或注销账号。密码重置验证码保留 30 分钟后自动失效。token 使用日志用于成本核算,保留期不超过 12 个月。
6. 信息安全
我采取合理的技术和组织措施保护你的信息:
- 所有传输使用 HTTPS / TLS 加密;
- 密码采用 bcrypt 哈希算法存储,不以明文形式保存;
- API 鉴权采用 JWT(Json Web Token),可随时撤销;
- 数据库访问受网络隔离保护。
7. 你的权利
根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》及 Apple App Store 要求,你享有以下权利:
- 访问与导出:你可在 App 内查看自己的学习数据。
- 更正:你可在 App 内修改昵称、目标等个人资料。
- 删除:你可通过 App "我的 → 数据管理 → 清除所有数据" 一键删除全部学习数据(对话、计划、任务、知识、复习记录、闪卡)。
- 注销账号:发送邮件至下方联系方式,我将在 7 个工作日内处理。
8. 内容举报机制
本应用提供 AI 生成内容,你可通过以下方式举报不当内容:
- 在对话界面长按消息,选择"举报";
- 通过"我的 → 反馈与举报"联系我。
我承诺在合理时间内审核处理举报,并根据情况调整 AI 行为或下架不当内容。
9. 未成年人
本应用不面向 13 岁以下未成年人。我不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果你是监护人,发现你的孩子未经同意使用了本应用并希望删除其数据,请联系我。
10. 政策变更
我可能不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更时,我会在本页面显著位置提示,并更新页面顶部的"最后更新"日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

MemAgent (the "App") is developed and operated by individual developer Wang Hao ("I", "me"). I respect and protect your privacy in accordance with applicable laws. This policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
The App only collects information necessary to provide the service:
- Account information: When you register with email, I collect your email address, username, nickname, and a bcrypt-hashed password. When you sign in with Apple or WeChat, I collect the corresponding user identifier (Apple User ID / WeChat OpenID / WeChat UnionID).
- User content: Content you create within the App, including learning plans, learning tasks, conversation history, knowledge points, Feynman test answers, review records, flashcards, notes, and highlights.
- Usage data: Token usage of AI API calls (model name, prompt/completion token counts, action type), used for cost accounting and quota management.
2. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services. Data transfers are subject to their respective privacy policies:
- DeepSeek: AI inference provider. Receives conversation content you enter to generate replies. DeepSeek is a compliant Chinese large model service.
- Apple Sign-In: Used for convenient login, obtains Apple User ID and (on first login) email. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
- WeChat Open Platform: Used for convenient login for users in mainland China, obtains WeChat OpenID. Subject to WeChat's privacy policy.
- Apple StoreKit: Used for in-app purchase (IAP) payment and receipt validation. Transactions are handled by Apple.
- Resend: Used to send password-reset emails (only a 6-digit verification code, no other content).
3. How We Use Information
The collected information is used to:
- Provide core AI learning assistant features (generating study plans, explanations, review questions, etc.);
- Account authentication and login;
- Fulfillment and reconciliation of in-app purchases;
- Customer service and user feedback processing;
- Overall service stability and cost accounting.
4. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfers
User data is stored on cloud servers located in the People's Republic of China. The App does not transfer your personal information outside of China. AI inference is performed via DeepSeek within China, and payment data is handled by Apple.
5. Data Retention
User content is retained until you actively delete it or close your account. Password reset codes expire automatically after 30 minutes. Token usage logs are retained for cost accounting purposes for no longer than 12 months.
6. Data Security
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All transmissions use HTTPS / TLS encryption;
- Passwords are stored using the bcrypt hashing algorithm, never in plaintext;
- API authentication uses JWT (JSON Web Token) and can be revoked at any time;
- Database access is protected by network isolation.
7. Your Rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Law of China and Apple App Store requirements, you have the following rights:
- Access and export: You can view your learning data within the App.
- Correction: You can modify personal profile (nickname, goals, etc.) within the App.
- Deletion: Use "Profile → Data Management → Clear All Data" within the App to delete all learning data at once (conversations, plans, tasks, knowledge, review records, flashcards).
- Account closure: Email me at the address below; I will process within 7 business days.
8. Content Reporting
The App provides AI-generated content. You can report inappropriate content via:
- Long-press a message in chat and select "Report";
- Use "Profile → Feedback & Report" to contact me.
I commit to reviewing and processing user reports within a reasonable timeframe, and to adjusting AI behavior or removing inappropriate content accordingly.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a guardian and discover your child has used the App without consent and wish to delete their data, please contact me.
10. Changes to This Policy
I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted prominently on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be refreshed. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
